Attorney Li Nan Chiang of Chicago; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Li Nan Chiang with a law license in 1991. He also obtained a law license from Iowa in 1977.

The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Li Nan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected six (6) separate immigration appeals
• Knowingly made a misstatement of material fact to a tribunal
• Made baseless accusations impugning integrity of various judges
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Li Nan by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Li Nan practices with the Law Office Of Li Nan Chiang at 2314 South Wentworth Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
