Attorney Christopher Wiesmueller of Waukesha, WI; lying loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Bruno M. Rizzo with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the Oklahoma City University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Chris guilty of the following misconduct

1. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
2. Counseled or assisted client in engaging in criminal or fraudulent conduct
3. Unlawfully obstructed another party’s lawful access to evidence
4. Failed to consult with client re: proposed course of action
5. Counsel or assisted another person to conceal evidence
6. Knowingly misrepresented (lied) to prosecutor re: his role in destroying evidence

In one matter, Chris removed from a client’s laptop computer evidence that he knew was relevant to an ongoing criminal investigation and took measures to prevent the retrieval of the evidence.

In addition, Chris knowingly revealed privileged information regarding the client

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Chris’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

On his self-serving website at www.wiesmuellerlaw.com, Chris makes no mention of the misconduct aforementioned. Apparently, Chris decided to conceal this information from prospective clients so as to not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Chris practices with the Wiesmueller Law Firm at 2727 North Grandview Blvd in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
