Attorney Clarence Cash Jr. of North Little Rock; repeat offender

The state of Arkansas presented Clarence Walden Cash Jr. with a law license in 1973.

The Committee on Professional Conduct Panel B found Clarence guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to file bankruptcy petition on client’s behalf
  • Incompetence led to foreclosure on client’s home

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Clarence’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Tree. He previously received two (2) separate complimentary cautions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Clarence by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (February 2014), Clarence practices at 424 West 4th Street in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
