Attorney Jeffery Kearney of Pine Bluff, AR; repeat offender

The state of Arkansas presented Jeffery H. Kearney with a law license in 1991.

The Committee on Professional Conduct Panel B found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jeffrey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary cautions and five (5) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

Pine Bluff, Arkansas area.
