Attorney Malcolm Simmons of Little Rock; repeat offender

 

The state of Arkansas presented Malcolm Angela Simmons with a law license in 1991.

 

The Committee on Professional Conduct Panel B found Malcolm guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Malcolm’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Knowingly disobeyed an obligation owed to tribunal
  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • Knowingly made a materially false statement to a trial court judge

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Malcolm by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

 

Malcolm’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to notify client of receipt of client funds
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds lawfully owed to client
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Malcolm by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (February 2014), Malcolm practices at 2500 Maple Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
