Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

Mike duped the voters in the greater Edmond area into electing him as a member of Oklahoma House of Representatives in November 2011.

During a recent (01/25/14) interview with News 9 regarding a federal judge’s ruling that Oklahoma’s statute banning same sex-marriage, Mike said in part:

“My constituents are willing to have that discussion about whether marriage needs to be regulated by the state at all.”

Screwy Mike then said his idea had the backing of other conservative lawmakers (like-minded morons), and that it could be achieved through a bill filed in the state legislature, intended to adapt to any court rulings on same-sex marriage.

In short, Mike is proposing a law in Oklahoma that would eliminate all marriages just so that he and his fellow Morons could continue to discriminate against gay couples.

Of course Mike doesn’t much give a damn about heterosexual marriages either since he remains single. I wonder why?

What’s next for Mike the Moron? Will he propose legislation outlawing the right of all Oklahomans to vote in order to eliminate the vote of African-Americans, Native Americans, Hispanics, Asian-Americans and/or Gays?

Congrats Mike; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Morons”; you are far too humble.
