Attorney Timothy Ash of Farmington Hills, MI; ethical misfit

The state of Michigan provided Timothy R. Ash with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The St. Clair County Hearing found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so

Timmy found it acceptable to engage in an inappropriate relationship with a client he was representing in a divorce case, which obviously created an egregious conflict of interest.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Timmy practices with the Law Office of Timothy R. Ash PC at 30300 Northwestern Highway in Farmington Hills, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
