Attorney Robert Anderson of Harper Woods, MI: lying loser

The state of Michigan provided Robert C. Anderson with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Michigan State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #26 found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Backdated a trust document and his signature by six (6) years

Because Attorney Misfits in Michigan are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Bobby was never criminally charged for backdating a trust document.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
