Attorney Michael Winner of Sandy Springs, GA; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented Michael Stuart Winner with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Mercer University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Michael guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike was booked into the Cobb County jail after he allegedly made indecent proposals to two female inmates at the jail.

While meeting with the inmates, Mike offered to smuggle items like drugs or tobacco in exchange for sexual favors. There was no dispute that Mike was serious about his offer to the inmates.

Mike then alleged exposed himself to one female inmate while conducting an attorney-client meeting. At another meeting, he asked to see another inmate’s breasts.

As of early 2014,, Mike has yet to go to trial on the criminal charges.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Michael by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
