Attorney Valerie Brown-Williams of Albany, GA; Dumbo

The state of Georgia presented Valerie Brown-Williams with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Mercer University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Valerie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Neglected to file workers’ compensation claim on client’s behalf
• Gross incompetence led to client’s compensation claim being time barred

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Valerie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Valerie practices with Brown-Williams & Associates at 1301 North Madison Street in Albany, Georgia.
