Attorney Michael Murray of Northboro, MA; greedy loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Michael P. Murray with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Mike of the following misconduct.

1. Charged or collected clearly excessive or illegal fee of $450,000
2. Failed to communicate with clients
3. Failed to abide by client’s instructions re: dismissal of lawsuit
4. Failed to keep clients informed of status of legal matter
5. Engaging in a business arrangement with a client
6. Collected $57,700 in fees from client contrary to terms of fee agreement

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Mike practices with the Law Office of Michael P. Murray, PC at 300 West Main Street in Northboro, Massachusetts.
