Attorney Kevin Murphy of Springfield, MA; Dumbo

The state of Massachusetts presented Kevin Robert Murphy with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Kevin of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately prepare client’s immigration petition (missing 3 pages)
• Failed to timely return client files to client after discharge
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Kevin practices with the Law Office of Kevin Murphy at 512 Sumner Avenue in Springfield, Massachusetts.
