Attorney Gregory Oberhauser of Lowell, MA; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented Gregory D. Oberhauser with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Greg!)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Greg practices at 287 Appleton Street in Lowell, Massachusetts.
