Attorney Pamela Morris of Boston; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented Pamela A. Morris with a law license in 1982.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Pam of the following misconduct.

  1. Deliberately failed to actively participate in client’s trial
  2. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  3. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  4. Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal
  5. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  6. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Pam!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Pam by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Pam practices at 54 Canal Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
