Attorney John M. Moran of Boston; convicted fraudster

The state of Massachusetts presented John M. Moran with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Johnny of the following misconduct

Johnny was convicted in federal court of one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud and three (3) counts of bank fraud.

As a consequence of his misconduct, Johnny was disbarred by the Board of Bar Overseers.

Unbelievably, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits and Convicts sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers reinstated Johnny the Convict’s law license.

It must be comfort6ing to the folks living in the greater Boston area to know that there is yet another convicted criminal practicing law compliments of the comedians sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Johnny practices at 147 Grampian Way in Boston, Massachusetts.
