Attorney Carol Monaco of Concord, MA; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented Carol C. Monaco with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Carol guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Rendered advice to unrepresented person causing conflict of interest

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Carol by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
