Attorney Julie Molloy of East Sandwich, MA; repeat offender

 
The state of Massachusetts presented Julie Court Molloy with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Suffolk University Law School.
 
The Board of Bar Overseers found Julie guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to identify recipient or source of funds from trust account
  2. Failed to list all transactions for client
  3. Made payments from trust account to pay personal expenses
  4. Failed to list balance remaining for client after each transaction
  5. Failed to maintain ledger for each client matter
  6. Failed to perform three-way reconciliation of trust account every 60 days
  7. Failed to retain any reconciliation reports
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Julie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
 
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Julie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. January 2014 Julie practices at 379 Route 6A in East Sandwich, Massachusetts.
