Attorney David Molle of Stoneham, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented David Anthony Molle with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Dave guilty of the following misconduct

1. Failed to withdraw earned fees from trust account when required
2. Commingled client funds with personal funds
3. Failed to maintain complete records of deposits of client funds
4. Failed to prepare and maintain check register as required
5. Failed to maintain chronological ledger as required
6. Failed to prepare and maintain reconciliation reports every 60 days as required
7. Negligently misused client funds
8. Wrote check on account with insufficient funds (rubber)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. January 2014 Dave practices with the Law Offices of Attorney David A. Molle at 80 Maple Street in Stoneham, Massachusetts.
