Attorney Charles Mitchell of New Bedford, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Charles McKim Mitchell with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Boston University Law School. Charlie was also provided with a law license to practice in Rhode Island in 1986.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Commingled client funds with personal funds
2. Failed to pursue client objections
3. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
4. Failed to respond to numerous client requests for information
5. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Charlie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. January 2014 Charlie practices with Charles McKim Mitchell, PC at 700 Pleasant Street in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
