Attorney William Oliver of Neptune, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented H. Alton Neff with a law license in 1972.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Gross neglect of a client real estate transaction
  • Failed to comply with bankruptcy trustee’s numerous demands for return of real estate fee he collected w/o required approval of bankruptcy court
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to properly review HUD statements on behalf of client

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Billy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) separate complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Billy practices in the Neptune, New Jersey area.
