Attorney Charles Rand of Rockville, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Charles S. Rand with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose completely accurate information to correct omission from initial filings of his personal bankruptcy
• Failed to verify the accuracy of his Statement of Financial Affairs
• Failed to very the accuracy of his supporting bankruptcy schedules

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2014), Charlie practices with McKernor Rand LLC at 751 Rockville Pike in Rockville, Maryland.
