Attorney Avrum Kowalsky of Bel Air, MD; cheater

The state of Maryland presented Avrum M. Kowalsky with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Avrum guilty of the following misconduct.

Attempted to charge an unreasonable attorney fee (cheater)

Created a conflict and/or potential conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Avrum by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2014), Avrum practices with Avrum M. Kowalsky, P.A. at 602 South Atwood Road in Bel Air, Maryland.
