Attorney Robert Zipperer of Daytona Beach; ethical misfit

The state of Florida presented Robert H. Zipperer with a law license in 2000.

The Florida State Bar Grievance Committee found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Knowingly filed inaccurate documents with bankruptcy court
  • Failed to consult with client as to means to accomplish client objectives
  • Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
  • Failed to comply with client requests for information
  • Failed to explain matter to extent for client to make reasonable decision re: representation
  • Failed to consult with client re: limitation on attorney’s representation
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Robert practices at 224 South Beach Street in Daytona Beach, Florida.
