Attorney Nathaniel Tindall of Tampa; ethical dwarf
The state of Florida provided Nathaniel W. Tindall with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.
The Florida State Bar found Nathaniel guilty of misconduct.
In one matter, Nathaniel represented a family that had lost a relative as a result of a car accident.
Nathaniel erroneously [ignorantly] filed redundant claims in court and was found guilty of engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice. The federal court admonished Nate for his frivolous conduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Andrean by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. December 2013) Nathaniel practices at 4012 North Florida Avenue in Tampa, Florida.
