Attorney Chaz Fisher of Boston; Dumbo, Loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Chaz Robert Fisher with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law College. The State of New York and Florida also presented Chaz with law licenses.

The Massachusetts found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Engaged in a conflict of interest involving client’s
  3. Failed to safeguard client funds
  4. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  5. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  6. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
In one matter, the father of a disabled child asked Chaz to become the successor corporate co-trustee of a trust for the child’s sole benefit. The father was designated as the individual trustee of the child’s trust.

At the time he became a co-trustee, the trust had assets of $543,000. Despite his fiduciary duty to oversee any expenditures from the trust assets by the father, Chaz failed to do so, which led to the father improperly spending over $200,000 that by law was required to benefit the child.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2013) Chaz practices with the Law Office of Chaz R. Fisher in Boston, Massachusetts.
