Attorney Jeffrey Lender of New York City; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Jeffrey S. Lender with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jeff failed to act with due diligence and promptly to correct an over-payment he made to another entity during a real estate transaction wherein he represented the title company and the buyer and sell were acting pro se (as their own counsel).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. December 2013) Jeff practices with Kensington Vanguard Nat’l Land Services at 39 West 37th Street in New York, New York.
