Judge Susan Etezadi of Redwood City, CA; lifetime porker, Dumbo   The state of California presented Susan Irene Etezadi with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.
Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger was duped into appointing Suzie to the San Mateo County Superior Court in 2006. Suzie didn’t receive her appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the Bay area. She received it because he had proved to be a reliable lackey by the local political hacks.
Over the past twenty-nine (29) years (ca. 1984-2013) Suzie has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough. She was employed as a Deputy San Mateo County DA for twenty-two (22) years prior to ascending to the bench.
While presiding over the case of Amy Papazian vs. Gilbert Papazian II, Suzie proved that assigning former District Attorneys to sit in on family law cases can lead to serious problems.
Amy specifically told Judge Etezadi on the record that couldn’t afford to prove her case in defending against her millionaire ex-husbands demand to cutoff child support, Etezadi had the chutzpah to tell her, “The record should reflect nobody is stopping you from presenting expert witnesses.”
When the case finally wound its way to the Court of Appeals, the Court noted that Judge Etezadi’s repeated efforts to frustrate Amy’s discovery by separating Amy from her right to, “a level playing” field.
Judge Etezadi discriminated against Amy despite that fact that she knew she was forced to survive on food-stamps while her husband was in the food services business (Lucky Strike Farms) and also operated a real estate investment business.
The Court of Appeals went on to say:
One can only wonder how many other litigants were victimized by this Moronic Judge and how much her idiotic rulings cost the taxpayers when they were reversed by the Court of Appeals.
As we speak (ca. December 2013) Suzie continues to sit as a San Mateo County Superior Court Judge in Redwood City, California.
