Attorney Bruno Rizzo of Kenosha, WI; ethical dwarf

The state of Wisconsin presented Bruno M. Rizzo with a law license in 1972 after she graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Bruno guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to obtain written conflict of interest waivers from three clients
• Failed to protect client’s financial interests
• Failed to advise client of risks regarding real estate transaction

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bruno’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) separate complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Bruno by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Bruno practices with Rizzo & Diersen SC at 3505 5^th Street in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
