Attorney Scott Newman of Boca Raton; convicted drunk

The state of Florida provided Scott Matthew Neman in 2002 after he graduated from the Miami University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Scott guilty of misconduct on at least two separate occasions as set forth below.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Scott by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

In September 2011 Scotty was arrested in Palm Beach County and charged with driving under the influence (DUI). Scotty later pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

In September 2012 Scotty was arrested again in Palm Beach County and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officers and resisting arrest without violence, both of which were felonies. He was also charged with driving under the influence.

In November 2012, Scotty pled guilty to misdemeanor DUI and was sentenced to one year probation and 6 months loss of his license.

In February 2013, Scotty pled guilty to misdemeanor DUI and misdemeanor resisting arrest and sentenced to one year probation and 1 year revocation of his license.

As we speak (ca. December 2013) Scott practices at 1900 Glades Road in Boca Raton, Florida.
