The state of Michigan provided William G. Burdette with a law license in 1993.
 
The Grand Traverse County Hearing Panel #2 found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Deposited personal funds into client trust account
  • Held funds other than client funds in an IOLTA account
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. November 2013), Billy practices with the Law Office of William G. Burdette at 13709 South West Bay Shore Drive in Traverse City, Michigan.
