Attorney Georgina Mollick of Raleigh; convicted felon The state of North Carolina presented Georgina Marie Mollick with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.
The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Georgina guilty of the following misconduct.
Georgina pleaded guilty to misprison of a felony. Put simply, Georgina failed to report the commission of a felony as required by the law.
As a consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Georgina by gifting her with a complimentary 5-year suspension of her law license.
As we speak (ca. November 2013) Georgina practices with Scandinavian Child LLC at 2301 Rexwoods Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina.
