Attorney Sybil Elias of Irvington, NJ; judicial ticket fixer

 

The state of New Jersey presented Sybil Martialie Elias with a law license in 1997

 

At the time of her misconduct, Sybil sat as a part-time municipal judge in East Orange and Irvington.

 

The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct of the New Jersey Supreme Court found Sybil guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Judge Elias found it acceptable to dismiss a traffic ticket issued by the East Orange Police Dept to Assistant Prosecutor Patrice Davis. Sybil and Patrice shared a professional relationship as well as being close friends.

 

Judge Elias well know that she was required to remove herself from presiding over any matter involving Patrice whether civil or criminal in nature.

 

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey supreme Court punished Sybil by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. November 2013) Sybil practices at 40 Union Avenue in Irvington, New
