The state of California provided H.R. Harrison Smith with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School in Canada.
The California State Bar Court found H.R. guilty of the following misconduct. Reinstated 3/09
H.R. Tommy admitted that he falsely reported to the State Bar that he was in compliance with the mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished H.R. by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
