Attorney Kenneth MacFadyen of Cockeysville, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Kenneth John MacFadyen with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Kenneth guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kenny failed to properly supervise lawyers and non-lawyer employees by permitting them to execute and notarize document in his name when he did not personally sign said documents.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Kenneth by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2013), Lowell practices with Friedman & MacFadyen, P.A. at 10856 Sandringham Road in Cockeysville, Maryland.
