Attorney Marvin Davidson of Orange, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented Marvin S. Davidson with a law license in 1969.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Marvin guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Marvin found it acceptable to make two court appearances despite the fact that his law license had been suspended.

In another matter, Marvin wrongfully withheld funds belong to his former employee/client to cover a possible claim for unpaid bills from the Dell computer company.

Marvin also failed to cooperate with disciplinary investigators. Put simply, Marvin said “Up Yours!”.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Marvin’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received the following punishments from the comedians sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
  1. 1995 – Complimentary 90-day suspension
  2. 2005 – Complimentary reprimand
  3. 2009 – Complimentary temporary suspension
  4. 2010 – Complimentary 6-month suspension
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Marvin by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2013) Marvin practices 90 South Main Street in Orange, New Jersey.
