Attorney Alan Sarko of Phoenix; convict

 

The state of Michigan provided Alan with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

 

A disciplinary hearing panel found Alan guilty of the following misconduct

 

Alan was criminally convicted of bribing a labor official.

 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca.  October 2013) Alan practices with Marko & Sarko at PLLC at 706 East Bell Road in
