Attorney William Hatchett of Pontiac, MI; convicted tax cheat

The state of Michigan provided George A. Birch with a law license in 1973.

A disciplinary hearing panel found George guilty of the following misconduct

William pleaded guilty for failing to file federal income tax returns.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary 6 month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca.  October 2013) William practices with Hatchett DeWalt & Hatchett PLLC at 485 Orchard Lake Road in Pontiac, Michigan.
