Attorney William Lenderman of Towson, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented William Rex Lenderman with a law license in 1961 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found William guilty of the following misconduct.

While preparing a client’s will, Billy named himself as a contingent legate (representative).

In addition, Billy failed to advise his client in writing of the desirability of seeking independent legal advice as to loans and mortgages Billy obtained from his client.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2013), William practices at 1121 Echo Court South in Towson, Maryland.
