Attorney Milton Politzer of Towson, MD; Dumbo

The state of Maryland presented Milton A. Politzer with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Milt on guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed re: status of legal matter
• Failed to expedite litigation
  

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Milton by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2013), Milton practices at 40 West Chesapeake Avenue in Towson, Maryland.
