The Law Society presented Crystal Irene Buchan with a law license in 1992.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Bar Society found Crystal guilty of the following misconduct.

Several of Crystal’s clients (victims) complained about the quality of her so-called legal services. The clients also complained that she failed to reply to communications.

Subsequently, Crystal failed to respond to multiple requests for information from the disciplinary committee. Put simply, Crystal told the Committee “Up Yours!”

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Crystal’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In the past, Crystal underwent a so-called Conduct Review arising from a complaint about not providing quality services to a client, which also included her failure to communicate with the client.

As with her latest bite at the Misfit Tree, Crystal again failed to cooperate with the ethics investigation.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Crystal by imposing a fine of $3,000.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Crystal practices with Carr, Buchan & Company at 520 Comerford Street in Victoria, British Columbia.
