Attorney Frank White has been practicing law for over 28 years in Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange County, California. 
In 2001, attorney Frank White was suspended by the California Supreme Court for engaging in an assortment of egregious misconduct which is set forth below.
In one instance, attorney Frank White settled a personal injury case for $100,000. Of that, $30,000 went to the client, more than $35,000 was to be held in his client trust account to pay medical providers and White took the balance ($35,000) as his fee.
The client’s medical bills exceeded the amount held in the trust account, and while attorney Frank White negotiated with doctors and other claimants, the balance in the trust account fell below the required amount ($35,000) on numerous occasions over a three-year period of time.
Attorney Frank White admitted that he misappropriated (aka, embezzled or stole) client funds and failed to promptly pay medical providers (for three years).
In another instance, attorney Frank White settled a personal injury mater for about $15,000. Frank White again allowed the balance to fall below the required amount. Attorney Frank White again admitted that he misappropriated (aka, embezzled or stole) clients funds and failed to promptly pay his client’s doctors.
Given attorney Frank White’s stipulated agreement (admission) that he misappropriated client funds; can there be any doubt in anyone’s mind that he is a crook?

California State Bar findings of mitigation re: Frank White’s misconduct
The enablers and apologists at the California State Bar, all of whom were apparently wearing industrial strength knee pads at the time, laughingly claimed the following to be factors in mitigating attorney Frank White’s repeated thefts of client funds.
Only someone with an I.Q. equal to or lower than the legal speed limit in a school zone would believe that attorney Frank White stole client funds because his partner was suffering from cancer.
One can only imagine how Ventura County Superior Court Judge Kevin J. McGee would react during the sentencing phase of a criminal defendant charged with robbing a 7-11 store if he spewed forth the same BS in an effort to obtain a reduced sentence.
If ya live anywhere in the Simi Valley area, I would strongly suggest that you steer clear of attorney Frank White.
