Attorney Todd Seiden of Tampa; ethical misfit

The state of Florida provided Todd Hudson Seiden in 2000 after he graduated Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Todd guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to abide by trust accounting rules
• Failed to protect client interests after being discharged
  

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Todd practices at 1904 South Macdill Avenue in Tampa, Florida.
