Attorney Edward Pankowski, Jr. of Wilmington, DE; Ethical gremlin

The state of Delaware presented Edward C. Pankowski, Jr. with a law license in 1972.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Raymond guilty of the following misconduct.

Edward found it acceptable to knowingly violate an order from the Delaware Supreme Court that prohibited him from engaging in the practice of law because his license had been suspended.

  1. Failed to communicate with client
  2. Falsely notarized a legal document that was filed with a trial court
  3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  4. Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a trial court
  5. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  6. Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  7. Failed to safeguard client property
  8. Clients were vulnerable victims

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Edward’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary private admonition for falsely notarizing signatures on two documents he submitted to the Chancery Court.

As a consequence of his most recent misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Edward by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Edward practices at 1211 North King Street in Wilmington, Delaware.
