GOP Candidate Wells Griffith (R-AL: Today’s “Screwball” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

GOP Candidate Wells Griffith (R-AL)

Today’s “Screwball” Award Winner

Wells is running as a candidate in the GOP primary for Alabama’s 1st District in the U.S. House of Representatives.

As is the case with many members of Congress, Wells learned how to tell half-truths and/or outright lies while attending Mississippi College of Law.

In an attempt to gain brownie points with bigoted voters in the Mobile area, Wells decided to put forth an ad attacking Obamacare.

Well’s so-called ad laughingly claimed he was running for congress because of his opposition to Obamacare, which he then said runs counter to the Bible and the Constitution.

Apparently, Wells skipped constitutional law classes while attending law school. Moreover, I don’t know what Catholic Bible this buffoon (my apologies to buffoon) read that states that God was against affordable health care for everyone.

If Wells succeeds in duping GOP voters into electing him as their congressional candidate, then his Democratic opponent should demand that he specifically cite which amendment in the constitution that Obamacare violates. He should also be made to state the page number of the Bible that supports his laughable claim.

Congrats Wells; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Accomplished “Screwballs”; you are far too humble.
