Attorney Henry Sill of Scottsdale; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Henry E. Sill with a law license in 1961 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Henry guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to communicate with clients
  2. Failed to take necessary steps to protect client’s interest after being discharged
  3. Failed to cooperate with State Bar investigators (Up Yours, said Mark!)
  4. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  5. Failed to respond to client telephone calls
  6. Failed to return client file to client’s new attorney after being discharged
  7. Failed to inform client of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Henry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Henry practices at 4140 North 78th Street in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Warning: Henry doesn’t carry legal malpractice insurance
