Attorney W. Dennis Gorman, Jr. of Tempe; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented W. Dennis Gorman, Jr. with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Gorman guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to consult with client to afford client to make informed decisions re: representation
  3. Failed to communicate with clients
  4. Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Gorman by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Gorman continues to practice in the Tempe, Arizona area.

Warning: Gorman doesn’t carry legal malpractice insurance
