Attorney Mark Gardner of Cleveland; ethical misfit

The state of Ohio presented Mark Jonathan Gardner with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mark represented a client convicted of driving under the influence. Mark then appealed the matter to the 8th District Court of Appeals in Cleveland.

Mark repeatedly maligned the three judge appellate panel by claiming they were (a) dishonest, (c) didn’t care about the truth, (d) knowingly violated their oath of office, and (e) were more concerned about being tough on crime than on speaking the truth.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2013), Mark practices with the Law Office of Mark Gardner at 526 East Superior Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.
