Attorney Alan Link of Stamford, CT; slacker, loser

The state of Connecticut provided Alan Paul Link  with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

In addition to the misconduct set forth below, Alan's law license was suspended for his failure to pay an annual fee amounting to a measly $75 to the Client Security Fund, which was set up to reimburse clients that were cheated by the lawyers.

  • Failed to inform clients that motions to discharge liens had not been filed
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to advise clients of need for an appraisal of their property as it related to the potential for discharge of the judicial liens

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Alan by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Alan practices with the Law Office of Alan P. Link LLC at 60 Long Ridge Road in Stamford, Connecticut.
