Attorney Constantine Bardis of Belmar, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Constantine Bardis with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Constantine guilty of the following misconduct.

Constantine negligently misappropriated (stole) funds from a client trust account. He also violated several mandatory record keeping requirements relating to client trust accounts. And lastly, he failed to properly supervise a non-lawyer employed at his office.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Constantine by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Constantine practices with the Law Offices of Constantine Bardis at 1800 Main Street in Belmar, New Jersey.
