Attorney Gretchen O’Neal of Peoria, AZ; ethical misfit

The state of California provided Gretchen Virginia with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of California at Berkeley Law School. .

The California State Bar Court found Gretchen guilty of the following misconduct.

Gretchen found it acceptable to lie to the State Bar that he had met his MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) requirements when in fact she had not completed any courses within the compliance period.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Gretchen by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2013), Gretchen practices at 9541 West Frank Avenue in Peoria, Arizona.
